How do I add products to my shopping cart?

Access the page of the product you want and follow these simple steps:

Select a color - all the listed colors are in stock.

Select the size - you can check our size guide to be sure of your size.

Select the number of items you want to order.

To add the product to your cart, click on the “Add to cart” button.

After adding your product / products to your cart, you can review it by clicking the "My cart" button, in the upper-right side of the page.

How can I change the products in my shopping cart?

If you want to modify the quantity or change the color of your chosen products, you only have to click on the photo of the product or on its name

How do I apply a promotional code to my shopping cart?

If you want to apply a promotional code, you must enter the code in the “Discount code” box at checkout and click on the “check” icon so it can be validated.

You’ll know that a product is in stock (size, color, quantity) if:

• It appears in the list of products

• The color you want is in the list of colors on the product page.

• The size you want is in the list of highlighted sizes.

• The number of articles of that product is available in the quantity box.


How do I use a discount code?

Add to cart all the products you want to purchase, then access the CART page.

In the “Discount code” box, please enter the code on the voucher and click on the “Apply Discount” icon in order to apply the discount to the total of your order.

  • After adding your product / products to your cart, you can review it by clicking the “My cart” button, in the upper-right side of the page.

  • To finalize your order, click on the button “Place your order”.

  • If you are a new customer, you have three options: either you create an account, login with Facebook or place your order as a guest.

    If you already have an account on, login with your email address and password.

  • Once you placed the order, you will receive an email of confirmation that contains the order number and other useful information.


How can I modify an order?

Did you place an order on and you would like to edit some information? Check here if this is possible, considering the status of your order.

• If the status of your order is “Registered” or “Processing”, you can request any type of modification you need - delivery address, products, payment or delivery method.

• If the status of your order is “Billed” or “Finalized”, please contact us at one of our phone numbers (+40 364 88 00 44 or +04 745 09 09 09) as soon as you can.

• If the status of your order is “Shipped”, then your order is on its way to you, which means that it can no longer be modified in relation to the products you chose, but you can request the modification of your delivery address.

If your order has already been shipped (and delivered) and you realize that it’s not what you wanted or what is fit for you, you can return the product / products or exchange them with something else. Here you can find all the information you need for returns.
