What you ordered is not exactly what you wished for? No problem, you can return the product: either it didn’t fit as a size or design and you want to exchange it with another one, or you identified it as defective. Either way, here are some useful information to help you return the product or request money refund.
In order to return an item or more, please follow the steps below:
Step 1. Fill in the return form

Step 2. Preparation and return of the package
- the products you are returning must be in the same state that were delivered to you, with all the labels intact and attached.

Step 3. Shipping the package
Send the package in maximum 48 hours after filling in the return form.
Here are the situations in which the client or our company is liable for the return costs.
*The return costs are referring to the shipping costs from you to us, and also from us to you.

The customer has the right to notify the vendor that he want to quit the order, penalty-free and without invoking further reasons, in 10 working days from the delivery date. The returned product must be in the same conditions in which it was delivered (original packaging, with all the accessories and labels being intact).
If there is a solid motivation for returning the product/s, then you can send it back to us in maximum 30 working days from the date it was delivered to you.
The return costs will be supported either by the client or by Jolidon, given the situation (more details about the return costs are mentioned above). The refund will be sent to you in maximum 30 days from the return date to the PayPal account you provided us with or your bank account.

The returned product must be in the same conditions in which it was delivered (original packaging, with all the accessories and labels being intact). If the product that is returned cannot be resold as new, shop.jolidon.com reserves the right to request the costs for restoring it to the innitial state (if it is possible) or, if the client wants, we can redeliver the product, at client’s own expense.
The store credit is in fact a virtual credit granted following a return of products or which you can receive from us on other special occasions (special promotions, birthdays, etc.).
Each time you return an order you can choose to receive the value of the returned products in a bank account or in the form of a store credit. If you choose the store credit option, your online account will be replenished with that amount. Subsequently, you can use part or all of the credit to pay for other orders on our website (upon completion of the order, you can choose to pay part or all of the order using store credit).
At any time, you can check your balance in the customer account, accessing the page STORE CREDIT. Attention! If you do not have a customer account, you will not be able to receive the return as store credit (you can make a customer account here)
1. I want to receive the return in the form of store credit. What to do?
To receive the value of a return in the form of store credit, you only need to have a customer account in the online store and check in the return form that you want to receive store credit.
IMPORTANT: If you do not have a customer account, we will not be able to turn your value into store credit. In addition, if you did not place the initial order in your account, you can create a customer account after that (until the return package reaches us).
2. How do I use store credit?
When completing an order, in step 3 "Payment method", you can choose how much of your credit you want to use to pay for the order. For the rest of the amount (in case there is something extra to pay) you have to pay online with your bankcard. 3. Can I use only part of the store credit and the rest later?
Yes, the advantage of store credit is that you can use as much as you want for a new order. Whether it is 1 euro or all the credit available in your account - you can pay all or part of the order and the rest by cash on delivery or by card.
4. How long is the store credit valid?
The store credit has unlimited validity. If at any time you decide that you want to transfer all your store credit to your bank account, please send us an email with your details (name, bank account). We will send you a confirmation email as soon as the money is transferred to your bank account.
5. If I do not have a customer account on the website, can I receive the return in the form of store credit?
The only way to receive the return value in the form of store credit is to have a customer account. It's very simple! It only takes 1 minute to fill in your details here.
6. Do I receive a notification when my credit is updated in my account?
Each time the store credit is updated, by replenishing or withdrawing credit from your account, you will receive a notification email. In addition, the amounts used to pay for a store credit order will appear in the confirmation emails, as well as on the invoice.
7. Can I also use the credit in physical stores?
The store credit can currently be used only in the online store, not in the network of stores in the country.
8. Can I receive in return part of the money as store credit and part in the bank account?
No, if you return one or more products, you can receive the amount either as store credit or in your bank account (not in both ways).
