DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA
  1. How can I request data deletion?

You have the right to request your data to be deleted from our database, provided that it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was stored or if there are no other legal needs.

You have two possibilities:

  • Deleting the account - you can request the deletion of the client account here (in this case, the information associated with your account such as name, surname, address, date of birth, will be deleted from the database)
  • Deletion of all your personal data - you can request the deletion of data here (in this case, there will be checked the deadline for storing that data and if it is still needed).

When required, the data is deleted permanently and the operation is irreversible, so you will not be able to recover anything.

  1. How long does it take to delete my data?

The personal data for which you make the request for deletion will be deleted within a period of up to 90 days from the time of the request. Depending on the case and the type of your request, this period may be extended, but we will notify you within a month from the time of request.

If the identification can only be done by requesting additional information, we will contact you to obtain them. The request will be resolved when we receive all the necessary information.

  1. Can I request my data to be blocked?

Yes, you have the right to restrict the processing of personal data, but there are certain exceptions according to the GDPR.

  1. Can I request my data to be sent to another party?

Yes, you have the right to request your personal data to be transferred to another party. This means that we send you personal data in a structured form and in a usual technical format. If you want your data to be transmitted to another organization, we can help you in this regard, as long as the operation can be performed from a technical point of view.

  1. Is there a possibility that my request will not be answered?

Regardless of the type of request, you must receive an answer from us. If we do not respond to a valid request, you have the right to file a complaint with the relevant authority for such situations. However, we recommend that you contact us to find out exactly what happened.

The processing of your request is done free of charge. However, in cases where requests are unfounded or excessive, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee to cover administrative costs or we may deny the request.

Each individual has the right to receive access to all information that refers to his/her own person and that we possess and confirmation that it is processed.

To receive information about personal data, you can send a request on this page. You will then receive an email at that address to confirm this.

We will send you the information within a maximum of 30 days from the moment you sent the request. If your request takes longer to process, we will contact you to inform you within one month of your request.

  1. Do I need to provide a reason for my request?

It is your right to request information, so there is no need to give us a reason.

  1. What information can I access?

According to GDPR, you have the right to request any of your personal information, which is in our possession.

  • Copying information in a common technical format
  • Explanations if necessary for certain technical terms
  • A description of the information, the purpose of its processing and, if applicable, the entities with which the information was shared.
  • The period considered for data storage and / or the criteria used to determine the period required for storage

You may request the rectification or deletion of your personal data, as well as the restriction of the processing of your personal data or the objection to these processes. Moreover, you have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority.

  1. What are the cases in which certain requested information is not disclosed?

There are certain cases in which another person can make the application on behalf of a person (for example, in the case of legal representation by a lawyer or if a person decides to be represented by someone else). In these cases, we need a confirmation of the permission granted to the applicant by the data holder, and the applicant has the responsibility to show a proof / power of attorney to prove this.
