Return steps

What you ordered is not exactly what you wished for? No problem, you can return the product: either it didn’t fit as a size or design and you want to exchange it with another one, or you identified it as defective. Either way, please follow these steps for returning the product: here.

Return costs

The shipping cost for returns must be paid either by the client, or by Jolidon, considering different situation. On this page, you’ll find a helpful overview on the liability of return costs : here

Product exchange

If the product you purchased is not quite as you wanted, the size was not chosen correctly, you realize that the design does not highlight your best features or you simply changed your mind about it and want another one in exchange, you can make that happen. You can exchange your product with any other product from our online store, as long as it’s available in stock.

Refunds

The customer has the right to notify the vendor that he want to quit the order, penalty-free and without invoking further reasons, in 10 working days from the delivery date. The returned product must be in the same conditions in which it was delivered (original packaging, with all the accessories and labels being intact).

If there is a solid motivation for returning the product/s, then you can send it back to us in maximum 30 working days from the date it was delivered to you..

The return costs will be supported either by the client or by Jolidon, given the situation (more details about the return costs here). The refund will be sent to you in maximum 30 days from the return date to the bank account you provided us with.

Products that are not eligible for returns

The returned product must be in the same conditions in which it was delivered (original packaging, with all the accessories and labels being intact). If the product that is returned cannot be resold as new, shop.jolidon.com reserves the right to request the costs for restoring it to the innitial state (if it is possible) or, if the client wants, we can redeliver the product, at client’s own expense.
